Our Ethos
NOrmal is not
universal.
Most of us live inside assumptions we rarely notice.
Through experiences, artistic interventions, and public experiments, Blue Fondue invites people to encounter realities beyond their own and discover what becomes visible when the familiar is seen from a different perspective.
The world becomes larger when we realise our reality is not the only one.

Every piece begins the same way — around a table.
Together, we gather around the unknown
Blue
The colour of distance and possibility.
Fondue
A shared ritual filled with warmth.
Blue Fondue was founded by Ilma Tiki, a Lithuanian experience designer and entrepreneur working across theatre, language and social ritual.
Each project gathers artists, producers, researchers and people with lived experience around a question that resists an easy answer.

How we work
01
Start with a question
First we immerse ourselves in a question born from lived experience — something felt long before it can be explained.
02
Gather around it
Around this question we collect stories, collaborate with artists, and seek guidance from scientists and experts.
03
Give it a form
The question may be asked as a performance, an installation, a public experiment, or a new social practice.
04
Let it become a conversation
A conversation overheard; a conversation with others; a conversation with ourselves.
Questions we explore
01
What realities remain invisible because of where we stand?
02
What becomes possible when we experience another person’s normal?
03
How do language, culture, and environment shape who we become?
04
What conditions help people become more curious, open, and connected?
Invitations to new performances, experiments and gatherings.
